What counts as one analysis?

One question taken end to end: Milou finds the datasets, computes the result, builds the charts, and reports its sources and limits. Follow-ups in the same conversation are part of the same analysis, so challenging a result costs nothing extra.

Is the free trial really free?

Yes. Sign in with Google and start — no card on file, no auto-renewal, nothing to cancel. It runs against the same catalogue and the same tools paying customers use.

What does the Team plan cost?

$99 per seat per month, or $79 per seat billed annually, including 100 analyses per seat each month. Allowances pool, so a team of five shares 500. Go over and we raise the allowance rather than cutting you off mid-decision.

How is enterprise pricing set?

To your scope: how much you run, which of your systems Milou connects to, and whether it is hosted by us, deployed into your cloud, or installed on-premise. One call, a written scope, then a fixed quote before anything starts.

Is our data used to train anything?

No. Uploads and connected data stay yours, and enterprise deployments keep everything inside your own environment. The privacy policy is the binding statement of what is collected and why.
